About ZachWorx

Hi! I'm Zach, the owner of ZachWorx. ZachWorx was started in 2005. I was 10. I played on the computer constantly, messing with some of my favorite games. My dad came in one day and he saw me creating a script for my favorite game. He suggested that I learn HTML. So, my mom bought me an HTML book. They supported me a lot. I learned that, and I learned many other things about web design. ZachWorx continued to grow and had its first customer late 2005. ZachWorx has done 5 websites (including this one) that are visually pleasing, and user friendly. ZachWorx does not charge much. Because of the low cost, even small businesses can afford ZachWorx's websites.

About Zach

When I was just turning 10, I played computer games nonstop. My parents had to always tell me to get off of the computer and play outside. One day, my dad walked in and saw me scripting a menu for a game that I play. He suggested that I learn HTML. My mom bought me a simple book on HTML and I made my first website in September 2005. Soon, I started getting books with hundreds and hundreds of pages. I would only read books that had something about multimedia, programming, webdesign, 3D modeling, or graphics design. I really like doing computer work because it combines both art (cartoon and realistic) and technology. I love both!

The art I do on the computer is as easy as drawing on paper because I have a Wacom Intuos 3 Tablet which is like a sheet of paper except for the drawing appears on the computer. I pick up my stylus, draw on it and it shows up on Adobe Photoshop!

This year, I've learned HTML, Blitz Basic Game Programming, PHP, ASP, JavaScript, CSS, and ActionScript. Although I don't know a lot about PHP, ASP, and ActionScript, I am trying to learn more. I've just got my feet wet in 3D modeling, so I don't know much about that, but it's still fun to do! I'm gradually learning Flash 8 and Adobe Photoshop. Now, I do this kind of computer work everyday. The reason why: because you learn something new every time you try it, and learning is good for everyone! I now have done 5 websites; ZachWorx, TeamWorx, HandyWorx, Blue Crab Crazy, and NorthBend.
